Glen DEVos

Glen DeVos is a seasoned global technology executive with more than four decades of leadership in automotive, mobility, and advanced electronics innovation. He currently leads MicroVision as Chief Executive Officer, based in Detroit, Michigan, after previously serving as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. 

In his current role, Glen is driving MicroVision’s evolution from advanced R&D to scaled product commercialization, sharpening its strategic focus on autonomy, perception systems, and intelligent mobility solutions.

Prior to joining MicroVision, Glen spent more than 30 years at Aptiv and its predecessor Delphi, where he held a series of increasingly senior global leadership roles. As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and President of multiple business units, including Advanced Safety & User Experience and Mobility & Services, he led large-scale, multi-billion-dollar portfolios spanning autonomous driving, software-defined vehicle architecture, connectivity, cloud platforms, and smart city technologies.

Her track record includes helping organizations navigate transformation, strengthening financial and operational discipline, and driving growth.

As Chief Financial Officer, she leads MicroVision’s global finance organization and supports the company’s strategic priorities as it expands the commercialization of its lidar, perception software, and semiconductor technologies across multiple markets.

Christine previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Nasdaq-listed Fusemachines Inc., an enterprise artificial intelligence company, where she helped align the company’s financial operations and business priorities to support its growth strategy.

James Byun

James Byun is an accomplished global technology executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling commercial organizations, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the automotive, industrial, mobility, and advanced technology sectors. His leadership reflects a distinguished record of commercializing emerging technologies, developing high-performing global teams, and advancing growth in new markets.

In his role at MicroVision, James leads the company’s worldwide commercial organization, with responsibility for business development, strategic partnerships, sales, customer engagement, and market expansion across MicroVision’s growing portfolio of perception technologies and solutions.

James previously served as Managing Director of Global Business Development at Aeva, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s commercial operations and advancing strategic customer engagements across multiple markets. 

James Byun

DREW Markham

Drew Markham is a seasoned legal and business executive with more than three decades of experience spanning public company governance, technology, corporate strategy, and people operations. She currently serves as General Counsel & Secretary and Senior Vice President of People Operations at MicroVision, where she oversees the company’s global legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance, SEC reporting, and board engagement, while also leading human resources and organizational development.

Since joining MicroVision in 2021, she has played a central role in guiding the company through strategic transformation, capital markets activity, M&A initiatives, and organizational scaling. Her unique dual leadership across legal and people functions positions her at the intersection of governance, culture, and operational execution – ensuring the company’s growth strategy is supported by strong controls, clear accountability, and aligned talent practices.

Prior to MicroVision, she advised publicly traded and growth-stage technology companies on strategic M&A, governance, compliance, risk management, and operational leadership.

He currently serves as Vice President of Global Engineering at MicroVision, where he leads the development and commercialization of advanced automotive lidar and perception systems designed to enable safer, smarter mobility for global OEMs.

At MicroVision, Greg is responsible for guiding global engineering strategy, aligning product development with commercialization goals, and advancing high-performance perception technologies that support the next generation of autonomous and advanced driver-assistance systems. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he has a proven track record of aligning technical execution with business outcomes while fostering cultures built on innovation, product excellence, and customer focus.

Fabio Laura is an innovative engineering executive with more than 25 years of global experience leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, thermal, structural, and systems engineering. He currently serves as Vice President of Product Engineering & Operations at MicroVision, where he leads end-to-end product development and operational execution, guiding advanced hardware technologies from concept through productization.

At MicroVision, he oversees product engineering strategy, resource allocation, and cross-functional execution to ensure alignment between technical innovation and business objectives. His leadership is focused on scaling first-of-a-kind technologies, strengthening operational rigor, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering complex products to market at speed and scale.
