Glen DeVos
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Glen DeVos was appointed MicroVision's CEO in September 2025 after serving as CTO since April 2025.
Prior to joining MicroVision, Glen served in various business leadership and technology roles at Aptiv, and its predecessor, Delphi Automotive, including as Aptiv’s Chief Technology Officer and President of the Advanced Safety and User Experience business unit.
Glen spent more than three decades at Aptiv and Delphi, guiding product strategy and leading large engineering teams in major technology centers around the globe.
